Primare I25 Modular Integrated Amplifier Primare I25 is a modular integrated amplifier designed for modern two-channel hi-fi systems. It combines clean Scandinavian design, strong output power and flexible upgrade options in one full-size amplifier platform. At the heart of the I25 is Primare’s UFPD 2 amplification technology, delivering 100 W per channel into 8 ohms and 200 W per channel into 4 ohms. This gives the amplifier enough control and dynamic headroom for a wide range of bookshelf and floorstanding loudspeakers. The base I25 is a pure analogue integrated amplifier with five RCA analogue inputs, line output and pre output. This version is ideal for systems where the customer already uses an external DAC, streamer, phono stage, CD player or other dedicated source components. For digital systems, the I25 can be configured with the DM36 DAC module. This adds a high-resolution digital-to-analogue conversion stage with optical, coaxial and USB digital inputs, allowing the amplifier to work directly with digital sources such as CD transports, streamers, TVs or computers. The most complete version is I25 Prisma DM36, which combines the DM36 DAC module with Primare’s SM35 Prisma network player module. This adds network streaming, app control and modern music services, turning the I25 into a complete streaming integrated amplifier. This modular design is the key advantage of the I25. It can be used as a traditional analogue amplifier, ordered with DAC functionality, or supplied as a fully equipped Prisma streaming version. This makes it a flexible long-term platform for both classic hi-fi systems and modern digital systems.
